Graduations, Spring Cleaning Coupon and Weddings, oh my!
This is another busy May for Aunt Sister and I. We have two graduations--Aunt Sister Cindy's daughter is graduating this week with her bachelor's degree and will begin teaching soon as a math teacher! My youngest daughter will graduate next week with her Masters in Social Work. Then my oldest daughter returns from Paraguay after completing 2+ years of service with her fiance, and then my son (and oldest child) marries just a few days later. Plus there are two graduation parties and one family birthday party, not to mention the bridal shower and engagment party our family gave and attended in the last 2 weeks!
In between all of that fun, Aunt Sister and I keep shopping and picking and taking photos and listing...We have both found several caches of sheets lately, in addition, to suitcases--watch for the NOS white suitcase to be listed in a few days, dishes, a child's typewriter, and more...

Happy Easter And Another Coupon!

We are honest, hard working gals who are trying to run an honest business selling old, vintage doo dads in good shape. With that said, we try to put in our listings any flaws in the item--stains, a tear, nicks, scratches, etc. But, we do "miss things". Road Trip
Aunt Sister and I took a day long road trip last week, thrifting all the way and all the day. It's fun to check out new stores in cities we never or seldom visit.
We shopped in at least a dozen stores that day, and did not quit "thrifting" till nearly closing time at the last Goodwill Store--8 p.m. From there it was still 2 hours home. It was literally a "shop till you drop" kind of day.
We didn't have to tie the trunk down, but we just about filled it up. Since then we've both been working on photos and beginning to list the day's finds.
